Covid-19 Update

From 1st September 2023

  • Main good hand hygiene
  • Close contacts no longer need to self-isolate
  • Face coverings are no longer mandatory
  • Testing is no longer recommended
  • There is no track and tracing
  • A person who develops symptoms should immediately isolate in line with the latest NI Direct Guidance
  • A child displaying Covid-19 symptoms is advised to stay at home and avoid contact with other people for 3 days from day symptoms started
  • A child who tests positive for Covid-19 is advised to stay at home and avoid contact with other people for 3 days after the day of the positive test
