Pupils from KS2 are learning how to be responsible and are the members of the Eco-council for Brookfield School during the academic year 2021-22. We help by tidying the school grounds and by promoting recycling. We have special jobs inside school that include emptying the paper bins, creating healthy eating posters and monitoring the usage of electricity. Our favourite activities involve planting vegetables and watching them grow, visiting the bug hotel and looking for hedgehogs in the hedgehog house. Our school Eco-code was created by a pupil in an Eco competition to promote recycling; 'Never refuse to reuse'.
