EXTENDED SCHOOLS INITIATIVE (ESI)
Brookfield School receives funding through the Extended Schools Initiative. Each year the funds are allocated to support the pupils and to develop services within school meeting individual needs.
In 2021-22 ESI funding supports:
Home School Liaison Service - Mrs Milligan runs this service and can be contacted through the school office if anyone requires support, advice or a listening ear.
Counselling Service - with ESI support, we have been able to re-introduce Counselling. Mrs Jenny Hart from Family Works visits school each week.
ESI also supports our collaborative work each year with Parkview and Beechlawn Schools. This year we are working together on parental support.
